*Our standard delivery is within 5 working days, although we will always try to get your delivery dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends). At peak times this may not be possible but we will always try our best.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Beer Hunter. Once your beers are ready for dispatch we will notify you with further details of your delivery. If you wish to track your delivery status, a tracking number from our couriers will be provided to do so.

Should you not be in when your delivery is made and no alternative delivery arrangements have been made, we’ll leave a card for you to re-arrange your delivery for a more convenient time. If further delivery attempts fail, your order will be returned to Beer Hunter Ltd and you will be issued with a full credit to your account minus the delivery charge. Should you arrange re-dispatch, a further cost will be charged for standard delivery.

We strongly advise against leaving goods without a signature, and will not be held liable for any losses incurred this way. If no proof of age can be provided upon delivery, we are not permitted by law to leave alcoholic goods with anyone under the age of 18.

For our peak periods (pre-Christmas) dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than within our standard 5 working days. If this occurs, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date and ensure that your order is received as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% happy with the goods you have received you have the right to return them in their entirity to us. You will be responsible for the return delivery charge and any damaged / missings goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will credit your account minus the initial delivery charge.
